What is a Film/Movie Trailer?
A trailer is sections and clips of a film shown to an audience before the release of the actual film.
What is its purpose?
The purpose of a trailer is to make the audience want to go and see it. The film makers, distributors and producers will create a trailer to show to the audience before its release in hope to persuade them to watch the film. They will only select the best part of the films, for example, if it was a comedy film they will select the funniest parts of the film to go into the trailer.
